Every year in AICS, there will be an event that will happen called Acquaintance party. In this event, all student should attend and will wear semi formal attire which is required by Miss. Lou, during that day i prepare everything including what i wear and do make over. When we arrive at the Cap Center, all the student fall in line by section and should enter the door by minimum of only 3 students, each section has a color coded pins that symbolize on what section they are. And after we enter the door the teacher listed our names as our attendance that we join in that event, then we went into our respected seats. All i can say in the venue is so nice ,it has a very big stage and the colors  are very elegant.

The party was started by a prayer and followed by a speech of Miss Lou, the time of the schedule was already planned. After that, it is followed by a game called “Find A Partner” which we did not joined because it was very chaotic and after that the performances was started by section.The first who performed was the ICT students and followed by the GAS student then we ate lunch which we will be distributed by lane (base in the seats) that is why we are the last lane who ate lunch .During in our eating, the GAS students already done in there performance and we are the next one who will performance in the stage even if we are not yet done eating the meal.

Most of the students were very busy eating their meals and only few of them focused in the performance, our performance in the first part was great but in the middle the performance was become messy but some students did not mind it because their attention was in the meal that they ate, but we still continue our performance. After the dance there was a yell that we made which all about our section ABM. Then after our performance it was followed by the Grade 11 performances and then a pictorial in the stage per section.           

  We all have a very great time together and i enjoyed a lot even if it was so chaotic by the enjoyment was there, i can say that the students really enjoy the event.       After the pictorial ,Miss Lou said that we should clean the place before we leave the venue, and after cleaning  i went into CR and i fixed my hair and went home.

    On September 20,2018 around 6 o’clock in the morning,the landslide was happened in Naga, City Cebu, in that day the typhoon Ompong was also occurred that is why there was a heavy rainfall happened in the day . In that day, there was a person who texted his/her relatives that they trapped in that area, and a moment later the relative tried to call with them but nobody answered the call but the phone still ring.  At least, 897 families were affected in that tragedy and many families are buried alive in that area, massive landslide killed around 46 people and 34 are still missing.

According to the Mines and Geosciences Bureau  (MGB), the area had long been identified as landslide-prone. Prior to the landslide, the MGB discovered the cracks in the mountain on August 28 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2018_Naga,_Cebu_landslide), They are already warn them that in that area is really prone in landslide but they insist to stay in their homes.Rescuers are always searching for bodies that buried alive in that area, and the survivors are still hoping that their family are still alive .

   President Rodrigo Duterte visited Naga city,Cebu to help the victims of the landslide. He promised that he is the one who will provide the funerals to those people who are dead and provide foods to the evacuees. President Duterte was really sad and feel pity to the family who lost their love ones.

7.)Give and share advice and recommendations 

Post inspirations quotes in social media because it might help other people who has a problem that needs a solution.

8.)Raise awareness for an organization that you love

Make them feel that you care about the society, try to share it to other people so that they will be aware on what’s the happenings around them.

9.)Spread love ,support and encouragement

You should always told them that life will not that easy ,there will be a difficult and easy times. Problems are normal comes in our lives and we need to face it.

10.)Use strong security password

Make sure that your account is secure and safe .
